Support & training services

OneMedia offer free technical support to all users of our services. We also offer training in how to use our digital signage systems. Both training and support requirements are, generally, much reduced for our customers in comparison with those who take the do-it-yourself approach to digital signage. Support is UK-based and can be by phone, e-mail or on-line meeting. Training can be given via on-line meeting or on-site.
